As I was working on my Inquiry project, which i was doing on math anxiety. I found alot of extremely useful information and thought it would be great to share. My project was done in paper format and has several sections. (1) what is math anxiety, (2) The causes of Math Anxiety (3) How to prevent and reduce math anxiety. Math anxiety often starts at an early age and is most often linked to a bad experience the student had with mathematics wither it be their parents attitude, a bad mark or the teacher they had. I wanted to share this in hopes that it can help others better understand math anxiety and what they can do to help relieve it.
